We keep your personal data for long as you have an active subscription, and for a period of six years after termination/cancellation of the service, unless we are required by law to keep this for longer.

Call recordings are kept for a minimum period of three years unless we are required to keep them for longer for example if we are dealing with a complaint or legal dispute.
